How We Help

Our mission comes to life through a variety of carefully designed programs and experiences that nurture leadership and community involvement:

Our Founders’ Commitment

Lead Your Way was founded by Jayden Yoshihara and Nephtalem Andemicael, two passionate individuals driven by the desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of students. Together, they bring a shared vision of guiding youth toward purposeful leadership and service.

• Jayden Yoshihara: As a passionate advocate for leadership and community impact, Jayden is committed to providing the resources and experiences that students need to discover their potential. With a focus on hands-on growth, he helps young leaders find their voice and take charge of their future.

• Nephtalem Andemicael: Nephtalem’s dedication to service and community development drives him to create opportunities for youth to give back and build leadership skills. With an eye for mentorship and personal development, he works to connect students to opportunities that have a real-world impact.
