How We Help

Our Founder’s Commitment

LeadYourWay was founded by Nephtalem Andemicael with a vision to empower students through purposeful leadership and service. What started as a passion to uplift youth has grown into a movement dedicated to guiding the next generation to lead boldly, serve with intention, and create meaningful change in their communities.
